Summer Snack - Fresh, Homemade Salsa

With summer quickly approaching, here’s a healthy and refreshing snack the whole family will love. It is the easiest, homemade salsa that takes only 5 minutes to prepare! You’ll want to save this recipe for sure.

Ingredients 

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1 Jalapeño 

  • Cilantro to taste

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • Juice of 1-2 limes 

  • Salt & Pepper to taste 

Blend until smooth. Heat in a crockpot for 2 hours on low, stirring occassionaly. Refrigerate and serve.
